First of all, I am so excited that you are interested in the commission process for a personalized watercolor home!  The process is fairly simple so I will walk y0u through the steps as you fill out the form below

The first thing you will need to do is determine what size painting you would like.  Some standard sizes for watercolor homes are 4x6, 5x7, and 8x10, but if you have a different size in mind, send me an email and we will work out a price.  Keep in mind that the deckle-edge paintings may not be EXACT in size due to the nature of the paper.

Next, you will need to decide if you prefer the smooth paper with clean edges or the textured paper with deckle edges.  The textured paper will provide character and artistic flair to your painting, but the smooth paper will allow me to create a more defined painting with cleaner lines.  It is your preference.

Once you have determined your preferred size and style of paper, Think about any specific details you may want included such as that maple tree in the front yard that turns all shades of orange and red in the fall or the mountain view in the background that may be hard to see from one photo angle.

Last but not least, upload a photo of the house you want painted.
